Can not download the source code

Hi VIS users,
  After I fill up the name field and other fields completely, then
send form on the website of
http://vlsi.colorado.edu/~vis/getting_VIS_2.1.html. And
then,http://vlsi.colorado.edu/~vis/vis_files_2.1.html was invoked. But
I can download vis-2.1.tar.gz and other *.tar.gz files by right click
them and select the "save" item.
  Did I do sth wrong? Please help.
