Hi Shankar,
First you must install VIS package. If you haven't install it yet In annex
you can find a file that help you to install it. After installation you
must run the executable file, then type the following commands:
vis> read_blif yourfile
vis> flatten_hierarchy
vis> static_order
vis> build_partition_mdds
After thesev commands VIS makes a network that contains the information
about the BLIF file in a graph. you can see the graph using the print
commands in VIS also you can generate a dot file and see that dot file by
a dot viewer like graphgen or graphwis.
