help with the blif-mvs file format

Dear all:

I am looking for documentation for the Blif-MVS (yes with a “S” at the end).
I looked everywhere I can think of, but now, I am asking hear, if somebody
has a few Information that can help me. The blif-mvs file format caught my
attention while I was using mvsis…

What are the differences compared with the blif-mv (without “S”) format?
