vis installing after reconstructing cygwin

hi everyone,

   i recently reconstruct cygwin and vis-2.0,

under the dir of glu , i input $make RET;$make install RET

under vis dir,i input $make RET;$make install RET;

then edit the file  /etc/.profile

by adding :  VIS_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/share/vis"(can see master.visrc and two .nawk )  export VIS_LIBRARY_PATH

when invoking $./vis.exe ,i can enter vis> .but when input the following:

vis> read_blif s27.blif RET

it appears "error : unknown construction (it is in file io.l)".

so ,there maybe error when i set the enviroment VIS_LIBRARY_PATH ,have you ever encountered this confusing, please tell me .
