how can i download mdd and bdd package you use

   I am a user of VIS in fudan univerisity in China

I read in the vm package #include "bdd.h" and "mdd.h".

I do not know which bdd and mdd package you use. can you tell me a 

free website address to download them ,I will be very thankful
