vl2mv converter problem!

Hi.

I am one of the vis-users.I have some problems in converting vl2mv package.My problem is :

I want to make the exe file of vl2mv in windows,and I have installed cgywin,and I follow the readme files exactly,

but I can't make the exe file.It seems that I have some problems with "arch".The cpu of my computer is intel(pentium IV).

Please help me to convert it(step by step),or send me the executable file of vl2mv.
