Have you tried asking Paul Levanti or anyone else in Jonathan Rose's
group? They have written the code, so they should be your point of
contact.
I don't think anyone here has worked with edif2blif. However, if the
Toronto group is unresponsive, I can have a look and see if this is an
easy problem to fix. I do get the same problem on my Redhat-6.1. box.
