comb_verify command

    Stupid, obvious question of the day: in the comb_verify command, there
    is a "-f filename" option where you can specify the correspondence
    between variable names in two networks. I can't find the format of the
    file anywhere in your documentation! I am assuming that is is just a
    list of "foo=boo" or "foo boo", one per line, but since I keep getting
    strange messages with either format, I thought I should check with you
    and make sure it isn't something more obscure.
