Hi Shadi,

Go to the Vis home page at http://vlsi.colorado.edu/~vis. Click on
Getting vis-1.3. Fill out the form and you will get to a page which has
a link to vl2mv.

You may wish to consider updating to Vis-1.3 while you are at it.
